The first voice a client hears, and the first face a client sees is most often that of Tammy Johnson. Her soft, southern drawl and compassionate manner is a source of comfort for many of the clients and supporters that either call or come by the office.
Tammy grew up in a small community in Itawamba County, and graduated from Mantachie High School. She has been married to Tim for 23 years and they have two children—Kala (18) and Clay (13). The Johnson family lives in Baldwyn where they are members of East Mount Zion Baptist Church. Tim is a deacon and Tammy works in various capacities with the children and youth.
